We have received an email from Hertfordshire County Council asking us to share the following information with you all:
Hertfordshire would like to be able to offer some more support to children and young people to help them to understand their Autism and/ or ADHD. In order for us to fully understand the needs of families and what they would like the support to look like, we would like to seek the views of parent/carers and young people.
We have developed two online surveys, one for parent/carers and one for young people. The young people’s survey is for those aged 9-16 with a diagnosis of autism, ADHD or both. The one for parent/carers is for parent/carers of young people who are aged 9-16 and who they either suspect have autism and/or ADHD or have a confirmed diagnosis.
The surveys shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to complete. We would be very grateful if you could share the below links with the young people, parent/carers and families that you work with or on your social media platforms.
Please could you ask your parent/carer and young people to complete the below survey by Tuesday 6th June 2023.
