Yesterday we had the fantastic opportunity to get up close to some birds of prey. We found out lots of interesting facts about the birds, as well as seeing some of them in flight. Here is what some of the children had to say about this experience:
Milly – I liked when the eagle flew across my head.
Noor – I liked the eagle because it was cool and it could fly fast.
Olivia – I liked the owl because it was so fierce and it grabbed the mouse.
Isabella – I learnt that it doesn’t matter what size the birds are, they can all be very dangerous.
Murray – I learnt that birds have holes for ears.
Davis – When can we see the birds again?
Florence – It was the most amazing thing I have ever seen!
