Over the last few weeks, Year 4 have been using Monet’s Waterlillies as inspiration to explore different medias. So far, the classes have used pastels, chalks and pencil to explore tone and shade in the painting. This week the classes have been collaging using a range of materials to extend the painting further. They had to look at shades of blues and green and choose the most appropriate colours and shapes to fit their collage.
