We’ve had another fantastic day today and the wet weather didn’t dampen our enthusiasm for today’s activities. We had Blackgang Chine all to ourselves this morning, which meant that there were plenty of trips down the water slides before we explored the rest of the park. After lunch we went fossil hunting. Lots of fossil beds and fossilised wood were found, but unfortunately no-one found any bits of dinosaur!
We’re having a relaxing evening in our lovely hotel – the children were totally underwhelmed by Mr Burgess’ favourite (and only!) card trick and are now playing games in the lounge before heading to bed. We’re all looking forward to another busy day tomorrow.
