This week year 1 have been feeling good! We have enjoyed lots of different activities to help us feel good in our bodies and our minds. We have done bhangra dancing, yoga, kidz fit and started off every day with a run. Here are some of the things year 1 had to say about feeling good week:
“I feel very fit from doing the dancing!”
“In yoga IĀ liked the space music and when we had to lie on our backs and do fun movements.”
