A Year 4 Class Post

Feeling Good Week!

This week we have been focusing on how to keep our minds and bodies feeling good. We were very lucky to have a yoga class where we tried out different, simple animal poses and mindfulness breathing techniques. We also had a samba workshop, where we followed different types of samba dance moves. We all got very hot and sweaty! The specialist showed us some special Brazilian instruments and played them for us.
