Hello again!
Another great week!
We have produced some fantastic pieces of writing based on a spooky short video called “Alma”. We are delighted by the quality of the children’s last piece of extended independent work: well done everyone!
We have started thinking about our Leavers’ Book entries and have begun a group maths activity which will run for the next few weeks. The children have been excited by this and are already proving themselves to be budding entrepreneurs!
Our Isle of Wight projects are coming along nicely and we have set a two-week project on Google Classroom related to the trip.
On Friday, we had the first of our wonderful new assemblies. I will leave it up to your child to explain the system but I attach two photos of the Year 6 Headteacher’s Awards recipients for this week. Many congratulations to Milo, Rosie, Oscar and Albie.
