What a great start to the new year! At last, the ranks of Year 6 have swelled to sixty children and the “spare classroom” is a thing of the past! Miss Gibson and myself have been delighted by the attitude of the children this week and are looking forward to the term ahead. Even in three days, we seem to have achieved so much and, aided by Miss Bernstein, Mrs Sewell, Mrs Footer and Mr Smith, we know that this will continue. As a team, we intend to help the children achieve their goals, enjoy their learning and have a really enjoyable final year at Samuel Lucas.
