Year 5 have just spent a very interesting and packed day at the Priory School learning about wellbeing and ways they can look after themselves and keep themselves healthy. The children really enjoyed our sessions which included yoga, drama and art and a look at health through the ages. We joined in with some exercise led by Year 7 Sports leaders and were also taught about sleep by a group of GCSE students. Thanks to all the staff who organised the day. It was great for Year 5 to get to know the school, as well as learning lots which will help them to keep happy and healthy.
