On Friday 8th September 2017, 6 boys from Samuel Lucas School attended the Hitchin district football trial. There were roughly 40 people there, all from different schools around Hitchin. The boys there were Frank, Ethan, Jamie, Jacob, Joe and Finn. When we got to the college we ran over to one of the coaches and started to warm up. After the warm up we got into some games and the coaches even ended up asking for some of our names. We think that we all did really well and we hope that we will impress even more at the rally on Saturday. Fingers crossed!
