Year 2 have had a fantastic day as historians! In the morning we travelled back in time to London 1666 and explored a range of shops from that time (e.g. bakers, weavers, seamstress, leather makers, perfumers etc), creating goods from each stall.
Throughout the morning fire fighters used their hooks and water from the well to try and fight the fire.
In the afternoon we became archaeologists and dug through rubble to determine whose shop had burnt down by examining the artefacts found.
