In DT and computing this summer term, year 3 are learning about circuits and programming. We have started using our circuit board ‘Makey Makey’ kits and have practiced control a virtual drum kit and a computer game using the Makey Makey kit.
We have learnt why materials are conductors and why we need to hold the Earth wire in the circuit.
We look forward to creating our own fruit keyboard to control!
