Year 2 had a wonderful time exploring Woburn Safari Park yesterday!
On the coach safari tour, we spotted white rhinos, lions, bears, emus, alcapas, wolves, giraffes, bisons and 1 monkey!
We then explored the safari park by foot and met tortoises, red pandas, penguins, macaws, meerkats, sea lions…
In our lesson by the zoologist, we learnt about rare animals and touched different leathers, skins, ostrich eggs and learnt how to do an peacock dance.
“I like the learning lesson we went in to learn about feathers, leather and Ostrich eggs.”- Charlotte
“We can see so many rare animals in the wild!” – Harry
