Today we celebrated the Queen’s birthday by wearing red, white and blue and taking part in a whole class lunch. In our class we have been using our DT skills to create our own celebratory bunting which looked fantastic and the children have worked hard all week to get it ready. It was lovely to share a special picnic lunch under our bunting and the beautiful blue skies. In the afternoon we created our own invitations to the Queen’s birthday and played a variety of party games on the field in the afternoon.
