On Sunday 11th March, the choir took part in an enormous singing gala. When we got off the coach, we had to stay in single file because there were hundreds of children around us. Dancers were already rehearsing as we entered the concert place. It was amazing! We met our conductor – Rufus – and rehearsed for about two hours. In the evening, it was the actual performance. The Royal Albert Hall was packed to the roof and everybody sang brilliantly. This is an experience I will never forget.
