What a busy week! First, we made and investigated ‘poo from the past’ – we used our deduction skills to find out what people might have eaten. We then explored different types of invertebrate and created our own animal classification keys. We went on to explore how grasshoppers make their unique sounds, and used our observation skills to create and label scientific models of grasshoppers. Finally, we ended the week by dissecting owl pellets and identifying a barn owl’s dinner!
