In DT, we have been designing and making our own wooden structures. Initially, we sketched a variety of structures from around the school. We then practised our skills with a practical task: using triangulation to join, support and strengthen our pieces. Finally, we put our measuring, sawing and sanding skills to good use to produce our unique models!
Next week, we will showcase the work from Beech class.
