Hello everyone,

Now that we are back and settled at school, I thought it might be useful to post something regarding mental health support on the Inclusion Blog.  A few parents have approached me expressing concern over how best to support their children as they are experiencing changes in their behaviour since the return of full time schooling.  I have inserted a link below to a document which contains lots of practical help, tips and advice for supporting the mental health of both yourselves and your children.  I hope this is of use to some of you.

I will continue to post as much helpful information as I can on this blog, as and when I receive it or compile it!
