Today year 6 and year 2 got together to take time to discuss Remembrance Day, it’s symbols, purpose and meaning.
The year 6 pupils were outstanding in supporting year 2 pupils to discuss and learn a little bit more about the symbol of a poppy and the importance of today’s date.
It was particularly nice to see how much the year 2 pupils appreciated the efforts year 6 put into their home learning and it was clear how valuable the session was.
