Year 2 have had another busy week!
In English we have read the explanation text ‘Monsters: An owner’s guide’. The children then selected their own monsters to write their own guides about. Next week we are going to publish them into our own books!
As historians we have continued learning about the Great Fire of London and why the fire spread so quickly. We then started making our own Tudor houses so that we can recreate the Great Fire of London in a few weeks time!
We also enjoyed our second week of our physical enrichment activities. Hawthorn class continued developing their hoola-hooping skills, and Oak class enjoyed participating in either archery, boccia or curling.
