This week Year 1 have been learning about verbs in English and using them in sentences. In maths, we have been finding fact families. We have continued to practise our Christmas performance and the children have been amazing. In Re, we have continued to look at the different religious festivals of light, this week was Hanukkah. In computing the children were learning what an algorithm is, they were following instructions from the partner and evaluating how effective their algorithms were. For our enrichment this week, some children had the opportunity to do some archery.
