This week in Year 1, it’s been Feel Good Week! The children had a visit from some farm animals and learnt what they eat and what they like to do. On Tuesday, we had street dance and all the children were amazing. In English, we have been predicting what will happen after our story of Lost and Found. In maths, we have been learning our doubles to 20, as well as near doubles. In history, we have been putting historical events on a timeline and explaining how we know. In science, we finished our unit of the body by using our senses to smell different items and predict what they are. We hope you all have an amazing half term!
