In Year 1 this week, in maths we have been partitioning numbers to 50 into tens and ones. In English, we were learning how to write in chronological order. In geography, we have continued learning about the continents and have been looking at Asia. We were particularly interested in The Great Wall of China, The Burj Khalifa and Mount Everest. In science, we were learning the features of birds. In art, we have been creating our background to display our learning by printing and painting. For enrichment on Friday, we finished with hula hoop disco!
