This week year 3 have started a new topic in English looking at Fables. We are going to be looking at the book War and Peas in our English lessons over the next couple of weeks.
In whole class reading, we looked at the fable the dog, the rooster and the fox. We worked on our intonation and how to performance read. Each table were given a section of the text to practice and perform as a group. We were really impressed with the performances and how the children really used their voices expressively, well done.
