This week in PSHE we have been looking at relationships. We have been discussing ‘win win’ situations. Lots of the children were able to come up with fantastic solutions and examples of how they get win win situations at home and in school.
We have begun our Geography topic this week where we have been investigating Hitchin. We have been comparing maps, discussing what has changed and what has stayed the same since 1964! We were all very surprised that the Three Moorhens was still there 57 years ago!
In English we have been reading Fantastic Mr Fox to explore the features of adventure stories. We have been practising including prepositions in our sentences and we have begun to create our own characters, setting and problem for our own adventure story writing next week!
