Evening Classes
Wednesday HIIT Class
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great way to burn calories, work up a sweat and increase overall fitness levels. Short bursts of activity followed by active rest make this class go really fast. We are friendly and this class is suitable for all levels of fitness, from absolute beginners to athletes. Everyone welcome.
When: Wednesdays
Where: Samuel Lucas School Sports Hall
Time: 7.15pm-8.15pm
Cost: £5 (pay as you go, no joining fees, no need to book)
All welcome, friendly & relaxed class.
Mats & bands provided. Just bring trainers and some water.

Yoga
Yoga takes place on the following days and times:
Sunday 9am – 10.15am & 10.30am – 11.45am
Monday 6.45pm – 8.00pm & 8.15pm – 9.30pm.
Tuesday 8.15pm – 9.30pm
Thursday 6.45pm – 8.00pm
